Over beers, they talked about the future of the German vending market and the unique strength that Vensolutions brings &#8211; particularly in German tax compliance and telemetry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of that conversation, a question emerged: what if Boost inc and Vensolutions came together?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What followed was an intense due diligence process and the team reached an exciting conclusion that aligns perfectly with Boost inc\u2019s mission to become the leading unattended retail company of the 21st Century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boost inc has acquired Vensolutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cOur goal is straightforward: secure continuity, preserve choice, and invest in the technology the German market relies on,\u201d says Pascal Uffer, CEO of Boost inc.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>As a true telemetry pioneer, Vensolutions brings unique strengths to the table. The Vensolutions platform offers a complete payment, telemetry and VMS ecosystem, including compliance and reporting functionalities around German tax standards that are unmatched. With thousands of live locations, customers across three continents, and a 150-strong team working from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and four additional countries, the technology company is redefining how brands and operators serve consumers anytime, anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How the deal is structured<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boost inc acquires the Vensolutions product line, including all hardware and software assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vensolutions will continue operations seamlessly under Boostbar GmbH, the German operating entity trading as Boost inc.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For operators, service continuity is the priority. Regular operations will continue and the level of service and quality Vensolutions is known for, will be maintained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boost inc\u2019s commitments to the Vensolutions platform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vensolutions IOT, Vencube, Vensells CL AND OL (Closed Loop and Open Loop Cashless):<\/strong> Boost inc will continue to maintain and support the existing devices in the field, as well as produce new units to serve customer demand. Production is expected to be fully ramped-up by Q1 2026. Until then, Boost inc are able to cover short term needs with an 8 weeks lead time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vensoft VMS (Vending Management System):<\/strong> Boost inc will continue to operate and support the system in its current form to ensure operators\u2019 day-to-day business runs smoothly without interruption. Longer term, Boost inc will evaluate&nbsp;whether certain parts of the solution are better served by Boost inc&#8217;s Vendlive Cloud MMS (Market Management Solution), or whether it makes sense to keep them as two entirely separate products. Either way, operators can count on continuity and transparency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Venshop (Self-Checkout \/ Micromarkets):<\/strong> Boost inc will gradually replace Vensolutions current offering with Boost inc&#8217;s product range powered by Vendlive (Smart Coolers, Freezers and Markets). For existing markets, Boost inc will work closely with Vensolutions customers to ensure a smooth and well-supported transition over the coming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition is not just a transaction.
