En vous inscrivant, vous consentez \u00e0 recevoir de tels messages ; des frais de messagerie et de donn\u00e9es peuvent s'appliquer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous \u00eates responsable de la confidentialit\u00e9 de vos identifiants de compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9venez-nous imm\u00e9diatement si vous prenez connaissance d'une utilisation non autoris\u00e9e de votre compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"wallet-and-payment-services\"><strong><br>Portefeuille et Services de Paiement :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Boostbar propose une fonctionnalit\u00e9 de portefeuille qui permet aux utilisateurs de recharger leurs fonds et d'effectuer des achats via l'application mobile sur les appareils de vente au d\u00e9tail pris en charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les utilisateurs peuvent approvisionner leur portefeuille \u00e0 l'aide des diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de paiement disponibles dans l'application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"user-conduct\"><strong><br>Conduite de l'utilisateur :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est interdit aux utilisateurs de se livrer \u00e0 toute activit\u00e9 qui enfreint ces Conditions, y compris une utilisation frauduleuse ou non autoris\u00e9e de l'application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les utilisateurs ne doivent pas interf\u00e9rer avec le bon fonctionnement de l'application, tenter de la r\u00e9tro-concevoir ou tenter d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des zones non autoris\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"top-up-transactions\"><strong><br>Transactions de recharge :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque vous rechargez votre portefeuille, vous acceptez de payer le montant sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 en utilisant le mode de paiement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les transactions de recharge sont d\u00e9finitives et non remboursables, sauf indication contraire dans notre Politique de remboursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"purchases\"><strong><br>Achats :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En effectuant un achat via l'application mobile de Boostbar, vous acceptez de payer le montant sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 pour le produit ou le service s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les achats sont d\u00e9finitifs et les remboursements sont soumis \u00e0 notre politique de remboursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas o\u00f9 un produit ne serait pas distribu\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s ou si vous ne pouviez pas le r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer en raison d'un dysfonctionnement technique, un remboursement sera \u00e9mis automatiquement.
